SINGLE MALT WHISKY

Single Malt is a whisky produced by a single distillery using only three ingredients: malted barley, yeast, and water. In Scotland, it is distilled in copper pot stills and must be aged for at least three years. Single malt is regarded as the premier category among many whisky enthusiasts.
